Last post

 Hello there! This intensive course it's finally coming to an end, so this is the last post. It has been very challenging but also really interesting. Despite I had to wake up at 8 a.m every day during my vacations (although it was only for a month) I actually had fun practicing english, learning new things and also sharing with people from other careers, each one of them related to arts!

This is my first experience learning English at the university. The last time I had English before this course it was almost 4 years ago when I was at school. I realized my English was very rusty since the last time I practiced. I really appreciate the opportunity given to do this course in vacations and only for 1 month and not in 1 complete semester, it made me feel less stressed during this last semester and I'm really thankful about it.

Using blogs for this English course has also been a lot of fun too. I'm very shy with my speaking so I feel a little bit more comfortable writing. This doesn't mean that I found it easy because sometimes I took all the time of the world to find a word or an idea I want to express but I think I did my best. The fun part of the blogs is that we were able to learn more about our partners life's and their taste, and this is very nice because we didn't have the chance to meet ourselves in person but at least we can get to know a little bit more about each other through our blogs.

In my case I think I still have a lot of aspects to improve so I can become better at English. First I would say confidence, also learning new vocabulary and I seriously need to re-study grammar because sometimes I get messed up with the past tense.

I don't think I use a lot of English in my daily routine, except when I'm watching movies or series. These days I've been watching E.R and Breaking Bad and I think that's all the use I'm currently giving to my English knowledge. I hope one day I can use it properly in a foreign country and make a helpful use of English.
